1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Texas or California who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees of Edison Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the survey and submit your contact details on the thank you page.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive either:
  • a $1000 Amex travel credit, or
  • a $1000 donation to a US-based charity of their choice.
• The winner will choose their preferred option when notified.
• The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1000.
• No cash alternative is available.

5. Entry Period

• Opens: 7 September 2025, 00:01 PT
• Closes: 3 March 2026, 23:59 PT

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on 3 March 2026 at 12:00 GMT.
• The winner will be notified by email within 10 business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

7. Privacy

• Contact details are collected only to administer the prize draw.
• Entrants can choose to receive marketing updates from Edison Group, but this is optional and not a condition of entry.

8. General Terms

• Edison Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
