1. Promoter

The promoter is Edison Investment Research, registered at 20 Red Lion Street, London, WC1R 4PS (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone directly involved in administering the draw are not eligible. No purchase or payment is necessary.

3. How to enter

Complete the Edison Investor Survey 2026 and submit your name and valid email address through the separate prize draw entry form. Entry is optional. Only one entry per person is permitted; duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Opening and closing dates

The draw opens at 9am on 4 November 2026 and closes at 9am on 4 December 2026, UK time. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. Prize

There will be one winner. The winner will receive an Amazon gift card worth £100. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If a substitution is necessary, it will be of equivalent value. Amazon’s applicable gift card terms apply.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within five working days of the closing date, using a verifiably random computer process. A record of the selection will be retained.

7. Notification and delivery

Winners will be contacted at the email address provided. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact them. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of first notification, an alternative winner may be selected at random. Prizes will be emailed within 30 days of the closing date unless otherwise communicated.

8. Publicity

The Promoter will make information available to demonstrate that a valid award took place, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements. Winners may object to publication or availability of identifying details by contacting enquiries@edisongroup.com; relevant information may nevertheless need to be provided to a regulator on request.

9. Data protection

Prize draw personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes. It will be collected separately from survey responses and will not be used for marketing without a separate valid legal basis. Data will be handled under the Promoter’s privacy notice and applicable UK data protection law. Data collected solely for this draw will be retained for six months, subject to legal obligations.

10. General conditions

Fraudulent, incomplete or invalid entries may be excluded. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the draw only where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, acting fairly towards participants. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This promotion is organised by Edison and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Amazon.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights applying to participants in other UK jurisdictions.
