Wolfgang Breme has stepped down as CFO, having guided ADS-TEC onto the NASDAQ market and overseen the strong growth of the company. His successor is Stefan Berndt-von Bülow, who has a strong background in high-tech product portfolios. Stefan Berndt-von Bülow worked for three years (to August 2024) at Mynaric, a laser communications company, which included supporting its NASDAQ initial public offering. ADS-TEC Energy’s CFO transition had been planned for 2025 but was accelerated to 14 October.
