BRE has increased Monte Alto’s Indicated ultra-high-grade resource by 41% to 3.5Mt at 10.7% TREO, with total ultra-high-grade resources rising 29% to 4.4Mt at 9.9% TREO; importantly, 87% of contained TREO is now in the Indicated category, materially improving confidence for feasibility-level mine planning. The resource remains exceptionally rich in magnet and heavy rare earths, containing c 71.3kt NdPr oxide, 3.1kt Dy₂O₃ and 0.57kt Tb₄O₇, while mineralisation remains open in multiple directions and a further 5,000m drilling programme is underway. The upgrade should support both potential mine-life extension and the Stage 1 concentrate-sales feasibility study due by end-2026, which is evaluating a lower-capex route to early cash flow ahead of the larger Camaçari refinery development.
