VinFast (NASDAQ: VFS) expands US dealership network as part of next growth phase

VinFast has finalised franchise agreements for three new dealerships in Redondo Beach and Tustin, California, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as part of its strategy to expand its US sales and service network. The dealerships are scheduled to begin operations in September and will provide sales, maintenance, warranty and aftersales support, as well as access to VinFast’s VF 8 and VF 9 electric SUV models. The company is also continuing to identify and evaluate potential dealership partners in additional US locations.

Alongside the dealership expansion, VinFast is continuing to develop its certified pre-owned programme, providing access to inspected used EVs with factory warranty coverage of up to 10 years. Management stated that the network expansion forms part of VinFast’s next phase of growth and its long-term commitment to the US market, with a focus on expanding service capabilities and improving convenience throughout the customer ownership journey.
