QBiotics has launched a new capital raise targeting up to A$40m, with a minimum raise of A$5m, through an offer of new shares priced at A$0.55 each; a replacement prospectus was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 12 August 2026. The raise is intended to provide working capital to advance QBiotics’ clinical-stage pipeline and support its next phase of growth, including development of its lead oncology asset, tigilanol tiglate. QBiotics has also announced investor briefings in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns from 24–27 August, where management will outline the company’s progress and the objectives of the proposed capital raising.
