OSE Immunotherapeutics (PAR: OSE) – Combi-TED earns ESMO oral presentation

OSE Immunotherapeutics has announced that topline results from the Phase II Combi-TED study of Tedopi in second-line metastatic non-small cell lung cancer have been selected for a rapid oral presentation at ESMO 2026, on 25 October. The randomised, three-arm study enrolled 105 HLA-A2-positive patients following progression on first-line chemo-immunotherapy and evaluates lead cancer vaccine asset, Tedopi, in combination with nivolumab or docetaxel against docetaxel alone. The primary endpoint is the one-year survival rate, making the presentation an important clinical readout for Tedopi’s positioning in the post-chemo-immunotherapy setting. No efficacy or safety results have been disclosed at this stage, so investor focus will be on the magnitude and consistency of the survival signal when the full topline data are presented.
