Ocean Wilsons Holdings (LSE: OCN) – Q225 business update

Ocean Wilson Holdings’ investment portfolio returned 6.2% in US dollar terms in Q2, contributing to a year-to-date performance of 5.1%. Therefore, at 30 June 2025, the investment portfolio was valued at $340.9m ($9.64 or £7.03 per share). It also held cash prior to completion of the tender offer of $944.2m (£689.1m), which implied a total NAV per share of $26.7, or £19.48. The Ocean Wilsons Independent Committee continues to recommend that shareholders vote in favour of the combination with Hansa Investment Company.
