Severfield (LSE: SFR) – New CEO from Laing O’Rourke announced

Severfield has announced the appointment of Paul McNerney as its new CEO, and it is expected that he will commence his new role in the autumn from a date yet to be agreed. Paul joins from Laing O’Rourke, where he has been in leadership roles for over 25 years. He is currently director of clients and government, and has previously been managing director of the UK construction business at Select Plant Hire, Explore Manufacturing and Crown House Technologies. He also played a pivotal role for Laing O’Rourke on a number of projects in which Severfield was also heavily involved.
