Equity Proposition

INPP Equity Proposition:

International Public Partnerships (INPP) is an infrastructure investment company. It targets sustainable and predictable dividend growth from assets that meet societal and environmental needs, both now and in the future.

We highlight the three key points of INPP’s investment story.

1. INPP targets sustainable and predictable dividend growth with a high level of inflation linkage.

INPP invests in developed international infrastructure markets with a focus on lower-risk assets, providing essential public infrastructure services. The £2.7bn portfolio includes more than 130 infrastructure projects, further diversified by both sector and geography. Ninety-eight percent of the portfolio’s revenues are secured through long-term, government-backed or regulated contracts, with a high level of inflation linkage and protection against rising debt costs. This strategy has generated predictable long-term cash flows, which in turn support consistent dividend growth. Dividend per share has increased every year since inception in 2006, at a rate of at least 2.5% per year, across a variety of market cycles and under sometimes challenging economic conditions and has consistently been fully covered. INPP is specifically targeting 2.5% growth in dividend per share over the next two years. More impressively, INPP’s existing portfolio, including its Sizewell C investment, is expected to generate enough cash to grow the dividend at c 2.5% a year for at least the next 25 years. That’s without a single new investment. With a vast global requirement for infrastructure investment, the prospects for accretive investment remain strong.

2. The investment adviser is a well-established sector specialist.

The external investment adviser to INPP since listing in 2006 is Amber Infrastructure Group, a specialist investment originator, asset and fund manager, which, in addition to its own significant resources, benefits from being a part of the larger Boyd Watterson Global Asset Management Group, which has a combined $39bn in assets under management, as at the 31 December 2025. Amber itself has a local presence in 11 countries and a team of more than 180 professionals. It has £14bn in assets under management and advisory of £5bn. Amber is far more than just a passive adviser to INPP, and its ability to actively and responsibly source and manage the company’s investments, and enhance their performance, is one of the company’s core strengths. It is an active manager of the investments and seeks a high degree of influence either by managing day-to-day activities or through board representation and engagement with management teams. Amber undertakes its own in-house research, as well as drawing on external expertise, to identify new investment opportunities and developments that may have an impact on existing investments. This includes researching emerging trends in sustainability and newer technologies that are driven by, and support, environmental and social change. Most recently, Amber played a crucial role, spanning several years, in sourcing and structuring INPP’s £250m commitment to Sizewell C, which targets low-teens returns and enhances both inflation linkage and portfolio longevity.

3. ESG is core to INPP’s investment process.

INPP is committed to integrating ESG considerations across the investment lifecycle, and Amber works closely with public sector clients, partners and service providers to ensure that INPP’s investments are managed responsibly as well as efficiently creating value for shareholders, while recognising the broader value of the investments to society and/or those that use them. The company supports the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and its investments are aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The company is committed to providing all stakeholders with clear and accurate sustainability disclosures, and it is categorised as an Article 8 Financial Product under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure regulation.
