In this session, Richard shared his outlook following the year-end, along with insights into the fund’s current positioning and strategy.

Richard is a highly experienced equity investor with over 25 years in the industry. A qualified chartered accountant, he began his career at PwC before moving into fund management roles at Bradshaw Asset Management and Société Générale, where he became Head of UK Small Companies. He co-founded River Global in 2006, later joining Majedie Investments and Gresham House in 2019 to manage small-cap strategies. In 2021, following Harwood Capital’s acquisition of Gresham House Strategic (now Rockwood Strategic), Richard was re-appointed as Lead Fund Manager.
