Investment summary

Ensurge formally completed its first product design in January and has manufactured its first prototype cells. It recently announced its first customer agreement with a global leader in the hearables market under which it will deliver customised solid-state microbatteries based on the Ensurge Microbattery Product Platform. This agreement, which addresses the medical hearables market, follows the announcement in May of a customer agreement with a Fortune Global 500 company addressing the broader wearables market. The company looks on track to deliver initial product revenues in late 2021.
