Zelluna (OSE: ZLNA) clears first safety hurdle in ZIMA-101
Published by Arron Aatkar, PhD

Zelluna’s ZIMA-101 Phase I trial will proceed with enrolment of two more patients at the first dose level after an independent safety committee found no dose-limiting toxicities or other concerns in the first patient. The patient completed all three planned doses of ZI-MA4-1, Zelluna’s off-the-shelf MAGE-A4-targeting TCR-NK cell therapy, with no serious adverse events reported. Recruitment is continuing at The Christie and The Royal Marsden in the UK, with further clinical data expected as more patients are treated.
