Santhera’s H126 results point to a meaningful financial and commercial inflection for the company, with AGAMREE continuing to gain traction across key markets. Total revenue doubled to CHF48.3m (from CHF24.0m in H125), supported by the US$30m (CHF24.2m) upfront licensing payment from Nxera (deal signed in January 2026), while underlying product sales increased 48% y-o-y to CHF17.2m. Commercial momentum remained strong in Germany, where volumes rose more than 50% (offsetting the c 17% decline in product pricing), and in the UK, where Q2 orders increased more than 40% sequentially. Spain and Italy have also moved into commercial launch, expanding AGAMREE’s presence to four of the five major EU markets.
Importantly, Santhera achieved positive operating cash flow of CHF14.8m in H126, versus a CHF20.6m outflow in H125, with cash rising to CHF41.8m. We note, however, that this reflects the benefit of the Nxera upfront payment and favourable working-capital movements. Looking into 2027, management expects cash to decline in H127 as inventory purchases are shifted into Q1 and a mandatory German price reduction takes effect, before the company returns to cash generation in H227. Crucially, Santhera continues to state that this temporary cash drawdown should not require additional funding. Overall, we view the results as supportive of the investment case, with the focus now shifting from achieving break-even to sustaining cash generation as AGAMREE scales.
