On 23 August, Ocean Wilsons confirmed that it was in discussions with I Squared Capital Advisers regarding a potential transaction in Wilsons Sons, a 57% owned subsidiary. These discussions have been ‘interrupted’. Today, the company confirmed that it is progressing its strategic review of its Wilson Sons investment and that it is in active discussions with a third party regarding a potential transaction.
