Kainos’ (LSE: KNOS) FY27 guidance increased
Published by Katherine Thompson

Kainos’ trading update for the period since 31 March 2026 to date confirmed very strong sales performance and record backlog levels. At a group level, the company has achieved double-digit revenue growth y-o-y. The board now anticipates delivering revenue and adjusted PBT for FY27 (y/e 31 March 2027) comfortably ahead of current market expectations (revenue £498.0-514.0m, average £509.3m (18% growth), adjusted PBT £75-84m, average £77.1m (15% growth)). The confident outlook is support by a robust pipeline and a significant multi-year contracted backlog.

The Digital Services business continues to grow very strongly, after several significant contracts were secured in H226 and further contracts have been awarded year-to-date. Workday Services and Workday Product are both trading well and both divisions have seen double-digit revenue growth y-o-y.

H127 results are scheduled for 9 November.
