InPost (XAMS: INPST) – Increases holding of Menzies to 100%

InPost, Europes’ leading ecommerce logistics enabler, recently purchased the remaining 70% of Menzies Distribution Ltd for £60.4m, bringing its holding to 100%. The deal gives InPost full control of Menzies nationwide logistics capability to address increasing consumer demand in the ecommerce market. The increased holding of Menzies by InPost is not thought to have any direct impact on Smiths News’ operations or markets.
