Herantis’s H126 results reflect continued progress towards the planned Phase II study of HER-096 in Parkinson’s disease, supported by positive FDA feedback and the integration of Indivi’s digital biomarker platform. The company expects to initiate the c 100-patient study in H127, subject to completion of remaining chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) activities, regulatory approvals and additional financing. R&D expenses declined to €1.6m (from €2.0m in H125), while the net loss was broadly stable at €3.3m (H125: €3.2m). Herantis ended June with €3.5m in cash and short-term securities, with existing resources expected to fund CMC and clinical preparations through end-H127, although further capital will be required to launch Phase II. The €8m Horizon Europe grant and remaining European Innovation Council Fund capacity provide support, while partnering and additional financing remain key priorities ahead of study initiation.
