OSE Immunotherapeutics – KOL event: Tedopi, most advanced therapeutic cancer vaccine

This key opinion leader (KOL) webinar, hosted by OSE Immunotherapeutics, features Dr Stephen Liu (Georgetown University), Dr Benjamin Besse (Institut Gustave Roussy) and Pr Alexandra Leary (Institut Gustave Roussy), alongside CEO Marc Le Bozec of OSE Immunotherapeutics. The KOLs focus on Tedopi, OSE’s off-the-shelf neoepitope-based cancer vaccine and lead immuno-oncology asset. The discussion reviews the unmet need in second-line non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, where durable responses remain limited and highlights Tedopi’s differentiated mechanism of activating tumour specific T cells in HLA-A2 positive patients. The KOLs also discuss the recent positive TEDOVA Phase II data in recurrent ovarian cancer, where Tedopi plus pembrolizumab significantly improved progression-free survival, versus best supportive care. The KOL event reinforced Tedopi’s potential in its core Phase III ARTEMIA programme in NSCLC, while supporting a broader opportunity across additional oncology settings.
