VinFast (NASDAQ: VFS): MoUs signed with 14 e-scooter distributors in the Philippines

VinFast  (NASDAQ: VFS) announced on 18 April 2026 that it has signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with 14 e-scooter distributors in the Philippines, extending the dealer partnerships announced in January and supporting its planned June 2026 product launch. The partners will help roll out a nationwide showroom, sales and after-sales network, with many outlets expected to open in parallel at launch across areas including Metro Manila, Metro Davao, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Metro Cebu and Bulacan. The initial range will include swappable-battery models such as Evo, Feliz II and Viper, while the wider strategy also includes financing, after-sales support and a targeted deployment of c 30,000 battery-swapping stations nationwide.
