Victoria (LSE: VCP) – AGM statement says no change in trading conditions

In the AGM statement published today, Victoria’s management has commented that trading conditions remain in line with those at the time of the release of the FY25 results in July. At the time, the company highlighted market conditions remain at tough levels, although there were tentative signs of stabilisation, particularly in the UK and Southern Europe. Management also indicated that it expects revenue to return to a more typical H2 weighted seasonality after successive years of a contracting market and H226 will also benefit from the ongoing self-help cost initiatives.
