Theon (ASX: THEON) announces framework agreement and order

Theon has signed a long-term supply framework agreement for Night Vision binoculars, monoculars and the new IRIS-C Thermal Clip-on worth more than €300m. The key delivery period 2026–28. Theon has also signed a thermal sights order from an Asian customer, adding €32m to soft backlog. At H125, the order book stood at €622.2m, with an additional €378.2m of contractual options.
