Ocean Wilsons (LON: OCN) – Suspension, de-listing and cancellation of trading

Following the announcement of the recommended all-share combination of Ocean Wilsons and Hansa Investment Company, and the subsequent challenge to it, the company has confirmed that the court has delivered its judgement sanctioning the scheme and that the court has issued a sealed court order to that effect.

Although the scheme remains conditional on the delivery of the court order to the Registrar of Companies, due on 9 December, it is therefore expected that the last day of dealing in Ocean Wilsons shares will be 8 December 2025.
