Mendus (OMX: IMMU) extends cash runway to Q227
Published by Arron Aatkar, PhD

Mendus is drawing SEK16.5m under the second tranche of its SEK50m loan facility with Fenja Capital, taking total drawings to SEK46.5m, while the remaining SEK3.5m commitment will be cancelled. The parties have also agreed to extend the facility’s maturity to 30 April 2027 (from 31 January 2027), with Mendus paying a 2% amendment fee on the total outstanding balance (SEK0.93m); interest remains at 8% plus three-month STIBOR, subject to a 2% floor. Management expects the amended facility to extend Mendus’s cash runway into Q227, providing additional financial flexibility ahead of upcoming clinical milestones across its acute myeloid leukaemia and chronic myeloid leukaemia programmes.
