Intralot (ASE: INLOT) completes acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive

Intralot has announced the completion of the €2.7bn acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive, which was announced in July. The acquisition is transformative for Intralot as it significantly tilts its geographic exposure towards the UK, moves it from an historical focus on lotteries to other online gaming, as well as increasing its scale. Management believes the transaction should unlock significant cross-selling opportunities.

Following the completion of the transaction, Bally’s Corporation holds c 58% of Intralot’s equity.
