Henry Boot (LSE: BOOT) completes sale of 365 plots

Hallam Land, Henry Boot’s land promotion business, has completed the sale of a total of 365 plots to Mulberry Homes in Oxfordshire and Taylor Wimpey in Kent, which generated internal rates of return of 19% and 40% pa respectively. The former deal was for a site planned to deliver 75 homes and generated revenue of £6.8m. The latter is expected to deliver 290 homes. This deal follows the completion of the sale of 451 plots in Coventry to David Wilson Homes in September.
