Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust (LSE: EWI) to host live Q&A session
Published by Liam O’Byrne

At 12pm (GMT) on Friday, 27 March 2026, Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust (EWI) will host a webinar, providing shareholders with an opportunity to ask the chair, Jonathan Simpson-Dent, questions in relation to the proposed tender offer.

Questions may be submitted in advance to enquiries@bailliegifford.com up to 5pm (GMT) on 26 March 2026, or during the live presentation.

Shareholders can register to attend the presentation and participate in the Q&A session here.

EWI’s board reiterates the importance of shareholders voting in favour of the tender offer, presenting it as a clear and definitive choice: to realise value ahead of a potential change of control, or to remain invested and assess how the company may evolve under Saba’s influence.

Saba’s three proposed board nominees, Gabriel Gliksberg, Jassen Trenkow and Michael Joseph, were invited to participate in the webinar, in order to give shareholders the chance to question their intentions should they be appointed. However, the nominees have not responded to the invitation and are not expected to attend.

Shareholders must vote by 2pm (GMT) on 8 April 2026, although some platforms may have deadlines as early as 30 March 2026.
