Braemar (LSE: BMS) – CEO succession
Published by Andy Murphy

Braemar announced today that its CEO, James Gundy, would be stepping down at the next AGM on 2 July after five years at the helm. James will stay with the business to focus on his broking client portfolio and to ensure a smooth transition to Grant Foley, who will succeed him as CEO. Grant is currently chief financial and operating officer and a search for a replacement CFO is in progress. The business continues to trade in line with market expectations and a full trading update will be released towards the end of March.
