BB Biotech (SIX: BION) – Vertex to acquire Crinetics Pharmaceuticals

Vertex Pharmaceuticals has announced the acquisition of Crinetics Pharmaceuticals. This is particularly noteworthy for BB Biotech since both Vertex (10.4%) and Crinetics (4.2%) were portfolio holdings as of 31 March 2026.
