British American Tobacco (LSE: BATS) – CFO stepping down with immediate effect

British American Tobacco has announced that its CFO, Soraya Benchikh, is stepping down with immediate effect, but will remain available to support the transition until 31 December 2025. Javed Iqbal, who acted as interim finance director from May 2023 to April 2024, and is currently director, Digital and Information, will take on the role of interim CFO during the recruitment process for a permanent successor.
