Advanced Blockchain (ABAG) announced on 15 April 2026 that Mr Hatem Elsayed has stepped down from his position as a member of the management board by mutual agreement with the supervisory board, effective 15 April 2026. Mr Elsayed will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.

ABAG’s AGM in February 2026 rejected the following two resolutions:

  1. Resolution on the creation of new authorised capital, including the authority to exclude subscription rights, while simultaneously cancelling the existing authorised capital through a corresponding amendment to the Articles of Association.
  2. Resolution on the partial cancellation of the Conditional Capital 2020, the creation of new Conditional Capital 2026 and the corresponding amendments to the Articles of Association (Section 4 thereof).

These developments may influence the near-term execution of ABAG’s five-pillar strategic vision announced in 2025.
