AAC Clyde Space (OTCQX: AAC) share issue raising SEK64.5m
Published by David Larkam

AAC Clyde Space is issuing 585,938 shares at SEK110 per share (15% discount to last closing price) to raise SEK64.5m before costs, which are estimated at SEK3m.

The offer raises funds and broadens the institutional holding, including Nowo Global Fund, which will hold 4.1% of AAC shares after the transaction.

The proceeds will be used and this funding will enable AAC to:

  • Expand its proprietary Earth Observation constellation, with VIREON satellites 3 and 4 (VIREON-1 and -2 are already committed, with first launch scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025).
  • Accelerate AAC’s maritime intelligence services through additional satellite capacity, including developing next-generation VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) technology.
  • Strengthen AAC Clyde Space’s offering to the rapidly growing European defence and security sector through the provision of space-based intelligence.
