Milosz Papst – director of content, investment trusts, Edison Group
Milosz joined the Edison team in August 2017. Previously, he spent more than seven years at CRISIL Research & Analytics as a senior equity analyst in the EU chemicals and cleantech teams and was subsequently made an associate director overseeing several financial research teams. Prior to joining CRISIL, Milosz was an equity research analyst at Riedel Research Group responsible for ideas generation and coverage of companies listed in Poland on a cross-sector basis.
Neil Maruoka – senior analyst, Edison Group
Neil joined Edison in 2024. Prior to this he was a senior equity research analyst and managing director at Canaccord Genuity from June 2006 until July 2018. During his time at Canaccord, Neil built the leading equity research franchise for the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries and was ranked the number one equity research analyst in his sector by the prestigious Brendan Wood International survey. From 2018 to present, Neil has provided capital markets advisory services to both public and private companies and has authored several valuation opinion reports related to legal matters. Neil holds a BSc and MSc from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and an MBA from the Ivey Business School in Ontario.

Neil has been at Edison for more than 20 years, leading the analyst teams as director of content & strategy and establishing the company as the leading issuer-sponsored research firm. He has also led Edison’s thought leadership on the equity research market. Neil is a qualified accountant (PwC) with nine years’ experience as an equities analyst at Goldman Sachs. As Goldman’s building and materials analyst in London, he was ranked second by both Institutional Investor and Reuters. He left Goldman Sachs to help set up the specialist trading hedge fund, Tusker Capital.
