He then discusses the company’s recent acquisition of Waybridge, the complementarity of each company’s offering, and how he expects the additional scale and synergies between the two businesses to accelerate growth.

MineHub has developed and is commercialising a platform for connecting all parties along the physical commodities supply chain. The platform uses blockchain technology to digitise existing processes, which currently involve the exchange of thousands of data interactions and scores of documents across multiple counterparties through a variety of communication channels.
