GiG Software is a leading B2B iGaming technology company. With its Q225 results, management provided financial guidance for FY27 revenue of €70–75m, annual recurring revenue of over €65m and an EBIDA margin of more than 35% (c €23m). This represented strong growth when compared with FY25 revenue guidance at the time of €39–42m and EBITDA of €5–7m. FY27 guidance was reiterated in the FY25 trading update released in January 2026, when management indicated that FY25 revenue would be not less than €37.5m and adjusted EBITDA would be not less than €4.1m, a significant improvement versus FY24’s loss of €3.0m.
