At the end of Q325, Ocean Wilsons’ NAV was US$812.4m (£604m), which equated to US$28.72 (£21.35) per share. The investment portfolio was valued at US$355.5m (US$12.57/£9.34 per share) and the balance of US$456.9m (US$16.15/£12.01 per share) was held in cash. The investment portfolio returned 4.9% in dollar terms in Q3 and a total of 10.2% in the year to date. On 4 November, the company announced that the court sanction hearing relating to the combination of Ocean Wilsons with the Hansa Investment Company had concluded the previous day and that the court would hand down its judgement as soon as possible.
