Sparks - AAC Clyde Space

AAC Clyde Space is issuing of 585,938 shares at SEK 110 per share (15% discount to last closing price) to raise SEK 64.5m before costs estimated at SEK 3m.

The offer raises funds and broadens the institutional holding including Nowo Global Fund which will hold 4.1% of AAC shares post the transaction.

The proceeds will be used, the funding will enable the Company to:

• Expand AAC’s proprietary Earth Observation constellation with VIREON satellites 3 and 4 (VIREON-1 and -2 already committed with first launch scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
• Accelerate AAC’s maritime intelligence services through additional satellite capacity, including developing next-generation VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) technology.
• Strengthen AAC Clyde Space’s offering to the rapidly growing European defence and security sector through the provision of space-based intelligence.
