Mark Boggett, CEO, Seraphim Space Investment Trust

Mark is a pioneer in SpaceTech investment having co-founded Seraphim Space Manager LLP, Generation Space LLC, Seraphim Space Accelerator and Generation Space Accelerator and launched the Seraphim Space LP fund, UK Space Tech Angels and Seraphim Space Investment Trust PLC. Previously, Mark was a director at YFM Equity Partners, the firm behind the high profile British Smaller Companies VCTs 1 & 2. He also worked at Brewin Dolphin and Williams de Broe. He completed his undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance and Master’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Leeds. Mark has been a fund representative on the boards of a range of global leading SpaceTech companies, including LeoLabs, Spire Global (listed on NYSE), Arqit (listed on NASDAQ) and HawkEye 360.

Woody Stileman, Managing Director, Business Development, RTW Venture Fund

Woody is a member of the Strategic Partnerships team at RTW and is responsible for helping to build and engage with strategic and institutional partners internationally. He also serves as Head of Office in the UK and is the lead manager of RTW Venture Fund Ltd. Prior to joining RTW, Woody was Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Tower House Partners. Before that, he was responsible for International and Institutional Investor Relations and Business Development at Odey Asset Management. He began his career in Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort before moving onto the buyside at Waverton Investment Management (formerly JO Hambro) where he ultimately managed their Asian equity portfolios. Woody graduated with a First Class MA Hons in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.

Richard Hulf, Managing Partner, Hydrogen One

Richard is a Fund Manager with a corporate finance and engineering background. He has a 30 years’ experience in Utilities and Energy and is a Chartered Engineer, originally from Babcock Power and latterly Exxon. His financial experience spans stock broking, corporate finance and fund management with Henderson Crosthwaite, Ernst & Young and Artemis Investment Management, where he invested into renewables companies. Richard uses this unique blend of technical and financial knowledge to apply a differentiated approach to stock selection and asset management. He also has an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College.
