Information Services Corporation (ISC) has entered a new era of strategic growth, striving to double both revenue and adjusted EBITDA (on an FY23 basis) by 2028. ISC continued its exceptionally strong start to FY24, with record H1 group revenue, up 21% y-o-y, and adjusted group EBITDA up 44% y-o-y, due to a full year of fee uplifts in its Registry Operations and continued organic growth in its Services segment. FY24 guidance was reiterated, and we maintain our forecasts and valuation of C$40/share, implying c 50% upside.
