In this interview, Peter Pritchard, CEO of Pets at Home, discusses the company’s recent Q1 trading update which indicated that the pet market and the company itself is in good health. Peter then outlines Pets at Home’s strategy including the large investment to develop its omni-channel business and the benefits this will bring in future years. He explains how the company uses analytics on its database of 5.6 million engaged shoppers and how this aids management’s decision making to identify opportunities and drive growth.
