Waymap

Waymap is a privately held company that provides signal-free indoor navigation technology using proprietary algorithms that work with standard smartphone sensors to achieve GPS-level accuracy without requiring any external infrastructure. Founded by Tom Pey with a $1m Google.org grant to assist visually impaired users, the company has evolved into a comprehensive indoor navigation platform serving major venues, including Washington Metro (100+ stations and 11,000 bus stops), LA Metro and Lord’s Cricket Ground. The technology operates across more than 140 venues in over 11 cities.
