Andy Murphy

Andy joined Edison in March 2021 to work with the Industrials and Financials team. Prior to joining, he was an analyst at Panmure Gordon covering the Housebuilders, Real Estate and Asset Rental sectors having transferred over to them after the takeover of Whitman Howard where he was Head of Research. He has covered numerous sectors at a range of stock brokers including Merrill Lynch, N+1 Singer and Dresdner Kleinwort. Before moving to the Sell-side in 1998, he was an analyst in the research department at M&G, a position he took on after leaving Barclays Bank. He became an Associate to the Institute of Investment Management and Research (AIIMR) in 1994.
