USU Software (USU) is Europe’s largest provider of IT and knowledge management software. The company has 1,100 customers, with more than 2.2 million users of its software solutions, in 185 countries globally. USU is headquartered in Möglingen, Germany and employs 700 staff across its offices in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Czech Republic and the US.
USU’s focus on investing in R&D, and international expansion, has seen it achieve a robust growth track record, which continued into H120. The company expects to continue to grow in H220 and be profitable. In the medium term, USU is targeting revenue growth of 10% annually and an adjusted EBIT margin of 13-15% by 2024 (adjusted EBIT margin in 2019: 6.5%).
In this interview, CEO Bernhard Oberschmidt provides an overview of USU’s operations.
