Pan African Resources (PAF); Barberton Mines update: three-year wage agreement with NUM and UASA

PAF announced that it has concluded a three-year wage agreement.

According to the agreement, it will provide an average annual wage increase of ~6.5% and 5.5% for NUM (National Union of Mineworkers) and UASA (United Association of South Africa) members, respectively, over this period. NUM and UASA represent the majority of employees at Barberton Mines. Negotiations were concluded without any industrial action or work stoppages.
