mVise today released its FY18 preliminary results, posting a 52% year-on-year increase in sales to €22.5m and adjusted EBIT at €1.8m, compared with last year’s €0.5m. As a result, adjusted EBIT margin reached c. 8%, in line with mVise’s FY18 forecast of 7-9%. This was achieved despite the deconsolidation of Just Intelligence GmbH in August 2018.
mVise explains that in FY18 it focused on partnership expansion, in line with its 2018+ strategy. For its product, elastic.io (a microservices-based hybrid integration platform), it was able to extend its partnership with Magic Software and sign reselling agreements with Deutsche Telekom, Riversand and AppDirect. mVise also signed agreements for its mobile integration solution product, SaleSphere, with infolox, OpusCapita, eggheads, Contentserv, AriBis and myview systems.
mVise has a positive outlook for FY19 as the company hopes to benefit from favourable conditions in the IT transformation market. mVise guides to FY19 sales of €26-29m and EBIT margin of 10-12%. In 2020, the company’s target is sales at €33-35m and EBIT margin at 12-15%.
